While there, I was invited to stay with Margaret O'Donnel (Fordham) and her husband Paul who live on the shores of a beautiful lake a few miles from Whitney Point. In particular, I remember Margaret's father who was the local law enforcement officer. He was on a first-name basis with many of the local boys, including yours truly.
