| Well-treaded trails over beautiful passes, through lush canyons made the fifth day more scenic and enjoyable than
most other days. Remaining snow-packs on the North side of the mountain faces kept the trail from us at times.
In extreme cases, we found ourselves scrambling over steep rock and snow inclines and taking cover from the afternoon
